SYBIL Telephone Teller
  SYBIL allows you to communicate directly with our credit union computer with a touch tone phone and a Personal Identification Number. A PIN number is your "signature"; your authorization to complete the inquiry. SYBIL is available to access your credit union accounts 7 days a week, 24 hours a day.
   
. It's Safe and Secure
 

Access to your account through SYBIL is controlled by your PIN number. If you don't have a SYBIL PIN, call or e-mail the credit union. Your PIN is a security code that only you know. No one else can get information or transact business on your account without it.

Once a PIN is issued to a member, no one may change the
 
PIN but you or an authorized credit union employee. You have the option to change a PIN after it is initially programmed, anytime you call in and access SYBIL.
   
  Things to Remember
 
1. You must press keys on your telephone keypad firmly.
2. Each phone call is limited to five requests.
3. Transfers are customized to your specific account needs
4. SYBIL will not allow a transfer which results in a negative balance or below a share pledge.
5. PIN code changes made by you will take effect immediately.
6. Any discrepancies in your account by SYBIL must be reported to the credit union immediately.

  When SYBIL answers you will be prompted for your account number followed by the pound (#) sign. Then you will be prompted for your PIN followed by the pound (#) sign. You may then choose from the following options:
 
   
1. Press "1" to end the call
2. Press "2" for share information
3. Press "3" for loan information
4. Press "4" to change your PIN
5. Press "5" for credit union hours
 
 
Share Information ("2")
Regular Shares
  Press "1" for available balance
  Press "2" to transfer money to your draft account
  Press "3" to withdrawal money from your account
  Press "4" for the latest dividend posting
  Press "5" for the latest transactions posted
  Press "6" for a transaction history to be sent
Press "7" to transfer money to another share type or member
 
Share Draft (Checking)
  Press "1" for available balance
  Press "2" to transfer money to your share account
  Press "3" to find a draft number
  Press "4" to withdraw money from your account
  Press "5" for the latest dividend posting
  Press "6" for the latest transactions posted
  Press "7" for a transaction history to be sent
  Press "8" to transfer money to another share type or member
   
Special Savings, Vacation and Christmas Clubs, IRA
  Press "1" for available balance
  Press "2" for the latest dividend posting
  Press "3" for the latest transactions posted
  Press "4" for a transaction history to be sent
  Press "5" to transfer money to another share type or member
   
Loan Information ("3")
SYBIL will tell you how many loans are outstanding on this account and their current balances. Choose the loan you want more information on then:
Press "1" to transfer a payment from shares
Press "2" to transfer a payment from draft
  Press "3" to compute a payoff
